Online Meeting Evaluation and CME Certificates

Confirmed meeting attendees will be emailed by NEDS on December 6th by 5:00 PM ET with a link to the meeting evaluation and to request their CME Certificate. 

We recommend that attendees complete their evaluation ASAP while meeting content is fresh. 

IMPORTANT DEADLINES

Meeting evaluation submission is due by Friday, December 19, 2025 (by 7:00 AM EST)

For those who meet  this deadline, CME Certificates will be delivered by Friday, January 16, 2026.
