MEETING LOGISTICS

TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS

 Use of public transportation is highly encouraged.

 Discounted Parking starting at 7 am for $11.00 if you use the 274 Tremont Street Garage. Get your ticket stamped upon garage entry and bring your ticket to the registration desk on 13th floor for a second (required) stamp. No time limit applies!

REGISTRATION, HOT BREAKFAST AND PATIENT VIEWING

• Proceed to the 13th floor of the Biewend Building/260 Tremont Street/for registration and casebook pickup  
• During inclement weather, use 274 Tremont Parking Garage stairs or elevator and follow signs to the Biewend Building
• Proceed to 13^th AND 14^th floors for HOT breakfast, patient viewings, pathology viewing and exhibitors

BUSINESS MEETING, CASE DISCUSSION, PRESENTATIONS

• Follow signs from the Biewend Building and proceed (100% indoors) to The DeBlois Auditorium/ Tufts Medical Education Building (145 Harrison Avenue)
• Note:  walking time is ~ 10 minutes, so please plan accordingly!
• Boxed lunches will be available following meeting adjournment just outside the auditorium
