Thank you for attending the NEDS Clinical Meeting at Lahey Clinic on February 2, 2013 in Burlington, MA, jointly sponsored by the Massachusetts Medical Society and the New England Dermatological Society.

After completing the evaluation, follow the instructions to claim, print, and/or save your CME certificate or certificate of attendance.
IMPORTANT: In order to claim your CME credit, you will need to enter the following CME activity code: ED2134 (last 4 digits are numeric). If you have trouble downloading your certificate, please make sure to follow the instructions on the page to disable your pop-up blocker.
You may only claim credit for the hours in which you participated in the activity. If you did not participate in the entire activity, please adjust your credit accordingly. Physicians will receive a CME certificate; non-physicians will receive a certificate of attendance. Faculty may not claim credit for the time they spend presenting, but only for time spent learning in other sessions.

From Route 128 South: Get off at Exit 33A. This is Cambridge Street (3A). Go under Route 128. At second set of lights take a left onto Wall Street.
From Route 128 North: Get off at exit 33A. This is Cambridge Street (3A). At first set of lights take a left onto Wall Street.
From Cambridge Street (3A) in Burlington: Go under Route 128 and take a left at the second set of lights onto Wall Street.
From Cambridge Street (3A) in Woburn: Follow Cambridge Street (3A) toward Burlington. Take a right onto Wall Street.
Lahey Dermatology is located on the second floor of the brick building in the back of the plaza shared with Harvard Vanguard.Parking is free.
Directions from Wall Street to Lahey Clinic Medical Center
- Take a right at the set of lights onto (Route 3A) and go under the !95 overpass.
- At the next set of lights take a left onto Mall Road.
- After you are on Mall Road, Lahey Clinic Medical Center is on the left at the third set of lights.
- Park in the garage and bring your ticket with you to the conference to be validated.
CME Credit/Accreditation
The Massachusetts Medical Society designates this live activity for a maximum of5.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the Joint Sponsorship of the Massachusetts Medical Society and New England Dermatological Society.
The Massachusetts Medical Society is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
As a result of participating in this activity, learners should be able to:
a. Identify signs, symptoms, and pathophysiology of rare and unusual dermatological disease and conditions.
b. Formulate a diagnosis and describe evidence-based best practices for treatment of dermatological diseases and conditions.
c. List updates on what is new in dermatology guidelines and resulting patient applications.
Registration
Registration for the meeting is available on-site on the day of the meeting. RSVPs are allowed prior to the event, but you will still need to sign-in on the day of the meeting.
There are three different registration tables for sign-in:
1. Member Sign-in: This table is for current members of the New England Dermatological Society. While signing in at the meeting, please
2. In-Training Sign-in: This table is for all in-training attendees, to include residents, fellows, medical and international students. You will sign-in by your host program. If your name isn't listed on the sign-in sheet, a registration form will be provided to you. Registration is free for in-training attendees.
3. Non-Member Sign-in: This table is for any attendee who doesn't fall into the Member or In-Training categories. Typically, this refers to meeting guests or attendees who are submitting an application to become a member. Non-member registration is $200 which is payable by check or credit card on the morning of the meeting. This can be applied to a membership application, please view our Becoming a Member section of the website.
