Thank you for attending the New England Dermatological Society (NEDS) Clinical Meeting CME, jointly sponsored by the Massachusetts Medical Society (MMS) and the New England Dermatological Society on October 26, 2013 in Worcester, MA.

IMPORTANT: In order to claim your CME credit, you will need to enter the following CME activity code: ED10138 (last 5 characters are numeric) 

You may only claim credit for the hours in which you participated in the activity.  If you did not participate in the entire activity, please adjust your credit accordingly.  Physicians will receive a CME certificate; non-physicians will receive a certificate of attendance.

(Physician faculty only: You may be eligible to claim AMA PRA Category 1 Creditâ„¢ directly from the American Medical Association for learning that occurs as a result of teaching at a live activity; click the following link to access the application form:
